MINOR FLOOD PEAK POSSIBLE AT COUTTS CROSSING FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY 
 Moderate rainfall since Wednesday has resulted in river level rises along the Orara River. Minor flooding is estimated to be occurring along the Orara River at Glenreagh Bridge and has been observed at Coutts Crossing.
 A minor flood peak is forecast overnight Friday into Saturday at Coutts Crossing.

Minor flooding is occurring along the Orara River

No observations are currently available for the Orara River at Glenreagh Bridge. Based on the nearby automatic gauge the river level is expected to be approaching a peak around the minor flood level.
The Orara River at Glenreagh Bridge is likely to fall below the minor flood level (4.00 m AHD) Friday afternoon. 

The Orara River at Coutts Crossing was at 5.31 m and rising at 08:00 am Friday, with minor flooding.
The Orara River at Coutts Crossing may peak near 6.80 m overnight Friday into Saturday, with minor flooding.

 Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
 Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
