MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT LIVERPOOL AND MILPERRA THURSDAY MORNING.
 Moderate rainfall has been observed over the Georges River catchment since Wednesday morning. Further moderate to heavy rainfall is forecast for Thursday. This may cause minor flooding along the Georges River at Liverpool and Milperra Bridge Thursday morning. 

Georges River:
Minor flooding may occur along the Georges River.
The Georges River at Liverpool is currently at 1.45 m and rising, below the minor flood level.
The Georges River at Liverpool may reach around the minor flood level (2.00 m) Thursday morning. 

The Georges River at Milperra is currently at 0.87 m AHD and falling with the tide, below the minor flood level.
The Georges River at Milperra may reach around the minor flood level (2.00 m AHD) Thursday morning as riverine flows combine with the high tide.

Flood Safety Advice:
Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
 Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
 Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
 Check the ABC and local media for updates. The situation can change quickly, so stay informed.
