    A Tropical Low, central pressure 996 hPa, was located at 10 pm ACST near 9.9S 131.2E, that is 280 km north of Darwin and 185 km north northeast of Pirlangimpi and moving east northeast at 8 kilometres per hour. Communities over the Northern Territory are not expected to be impacted within the next 48 hours by Tropical Low 02U. 02U has been strengthening over warm waters north of Darwin and is expected to reach tropical cyclone intensity Wednesday morning. It is expected to continue moving to the east northeast, taking it away from the Northern Territory coast until later Thursday when it should turn to the south then southwest, taking it towards the Northern Territory coast for a potential impact from later Friday and Saturday. Communities over the Northern Territory are not expected to be impacted within the next 48 hours by Tropical Low 02U. NTES advices for residents to follow the directions of emergency services. The next Information Bulletin will be issued at 4:30 am ACST Wednesday 19 November.
