Northern Territory Forecast Issued at 4:30 pm CST on Tuesday 21 May 2019 for the period until midnight CST Saturday 25 May 2019. Warning Information For latest warnings go to www.bom.gov.au, subscribe to RSS feeds, call 1300 659 210* or listen for warnings on relevant TV and radio broadcasts. Weather Situation Showers across the northeast Arnhem District with mostly sunny conditions expected elsewhere. A persistent ridge across central Australia and along the Queensland coast is resulting in a gradual decrease in moisture over the Territory. The ridge weakens from Friday and this will allow an increase in humidity in the north over the weekend before the next dry surge moves north through the Territory late in the weekend or early next week. Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 21 May A slight chance of showers across the northeast Arnhem District. Mostly clear elsewhere. Light to moderate southeast to northeast winds.
