Weather Situation With the easterly wind flow gradually becoming drier as a ridge builds along the Queensland coast, showers are expected to contract to the southwest of the Territory and to the northeast Top End. From the middle of the week, sunny conditions are expected over most of the Territory. Isolated showers are possible over the northeast Top End for the remainder of the week. Forecast for the rest of Sunday 19 May A slight to medium chance of showers over the north and northeastern Top End. A slight to medium chance of showers and thunderstorms south of Daly Waters increasing to a high chance over the southeast Tanami and southwest Simpson Districts.
