Weather Situation A trough located near Elliott will remain near stationary for another day or so before slowly moving south and combining with an active trough approaching from WA on Monday. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue across much of the Territory. A high moving across the Bight extends a weak ridge into the southern districts but will dissipate by Sunday. Forecast for the rest of Friday 16 November Partly cloudy over the eastern Simpson and southern Barkly Districts. A slight to medium chance of showers and gusty thunderstorms elsewhere, increasing to a high chance over the northern Daly District.
