Weather Situation A stationary trough extends across the central districts. A warm and humid westerly flow will continue over the Top End north of this trough, with fresh winds as a surge in the westerlies continues to develop across the coastal waters. A tropical low near the over the Gulf Country in Queensland is moving northeast and may briefly move over the southern Gulf of Carpentaria waters on Tuesday, before moving back over central districts on Wednesday, bringing rain and heavy falls to the central districts and later to the southern districts.
