A warm airmass remains over the Territory with near record daytime temperatures, particularly over inland parts of the Top End. Becoming cooler in southern parts late in the week as the next high moves through the Great Australian Bight. Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 24 April Mostly clear. Light to moderate east to southeast winds. Forecast for Wednesday 25 April A slight chance of showers about the north coast. A slight chance of showers and storms over the far southwest Lasseter District.
