    Damaging winds with showers and storms have eased through inland NSW, severe weather remains in the east.
    
    Weather Situation
    Showers and storms produced damaging winds about a cold front in southern New South Wales today, but have eased back.
    cancellation of severe thunderstorm warning for the following areas:
    Southern Tablelands, Central West Slopes and Plains, South West Slopes, Riverina, Lower Western and Snowy Mountains
    This warning is now cancelled. A severe weather warning remains current through eastern New South Wales. Please check www.bom.gov.au/australia/warnings/.
     113 km/h wind gust was recorded at Cabramurra at 5:33 pm.
     96 km/h wind gust was recorded at Albury Airport at 3:09 pm.
     98 km/h wind gust was recorded at Hay Airport at 2:06 pm.
    
    The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
     * Keep clear of fallen power lines.
     * Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
     * Don't walk, ride your bike or drive through flood water.
     * Stay vigilant and monitor conditions. Note that the landscape may have changed following bushfires.
     * For emergency help in floods and storms, ring the SES (NSW and ACT) on 132 500.
    
    No further warnings will be issued for this event.
