A front will help drag patchy rain & the odd storm across SA. Tas, Vic & far SW NSW. An associated low will bring stronger winds, showers & small hail to SA's south later. A high will keep much of the country's easter seaboard & north dry, leading to a chilly morning.

Showers & winds will increase across SA's south, Tas, Vic & southern NSW as a low deepens to the south. Some showers will contain small hail. Showers will develop on the tropical Qld coast as winds turn onshore. A high will cause winds to ease & showers to clear in WA.

A deep low will generate showers, storms, small hail & strong winds in SA, Tas, Vic & southern NSW. Showers will fall as snow in highland Tas & the mainland Alps. Just isolated, light showers for the tropics due to weak instability. A high will keep much of elsewhere dry.
