Weather Situation A high pressure system south of the Great Australian Bight will maintain an east to southeast flow across the Territory. A new burst of dry, windy conditions over northern NT will develop from the middle of the week as the high moves east and strengthens the ridge along the Queensland coast. A patchy cloud band is expected to form over central and southern parts of the NT during Monday, shifting eastwards and clearing the NT by Wednesday. Forecast for the rest of Sunday 24 June A slight chance of showers about the northeast Arnhem District. Cloud developing over parts of the central and southern districts. Clear elsewhere. Light to moderate southeast winds.
