Final Flood Warning for the Macquarie River

Flood Warning Number: 6

Minor flooding is easing at Cressy Pumps during Friday. No further flooding is
expected in the Macquarie River catchment.

No significant rainfall is expected for the next few days.

Strong and dangerous flows will be a hazard for the next few days.

Isis River:
No further flooding is expected in the Isis River.

Lake River:
No further flooding is expected in the Lake River.

Brumbys Creek:
No further flooding is expected in the Brumbys Creek.

Macquarie River - Lake River to Longford:
Minor flooding is now easing around Cressy Pumps. No further flooding is
expected in the Macquarie River - Lake River to Longford.

The Macquarie River above Westmoor is expected to remain above the minor flood
level (2.0 m) during Friday.

The Macquarie River at Cressy Pumps peaked at 3.20 metres around 04:00 am
Friday 20 July. The Macquarie River at Cressy Pumps will fall below the minor
flood level (3.00 m) late Friday morning.
