Final Flood Warning for the North Esk River

Flooding has eased Lower North Esk river around Corra Linn.
In the 24 hours to 9 am Friday, rainfall totals up to 9 mm were observed across
the North Esk catchment. No significant rainfall is expected for the next
couple of days.
St Patricks River:
River levels are easing in the St Patricks River.
The St Patricks River at Nunamara Offtake is currently at 0.93 metres and
falling. The St Patricks River at Nunamara Offtake will remain below the minor
flood level (1.50 m) during Friday.
Upper North Esk River:
River levels are easing in the Upper North Esk River. The river level at
Ballroom is currently at 1.11 m and steady.
Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn:
Flooding has eased in the Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn.
Data is temporarily unreliable from the site, but indications are that river
level is falling slowly. The North Esk River at Corra Linn is expected to
remain below the minor flood level (2.70 m) during Friday.
