Final Flood Warning For The North Esk River

Minor flooding is no longer expected along the North Esk RIver around Corra Linn.
Rainfall totals of 5-10 mm have been recorded over the North Esk catchment in the 24 hours to 8 am Sunday. Rainfall totals of generally less than 5 mm are forecast for the remainder of Sunday into Monday
Strong and dangerous flows may be a hazard over the next couple of days.
St Patricks River:
No further flooding is expected in the St Patricks River.
The St Patricks River at Nunamara Offtake is currently at 0.88 metres and falling slowly.
Upper North Esk River:
No further flooding is expected in the Upper North Esk River.
Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn:
No further flooding is expected in the Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn.
No current observations are available for the North Esk River at Corra Linn due to an outage.
Available information suggests that the North Esk at Corra Linn peaked early Sunday below the minor flood level (2.7 metres).
