Northern Territory Forecast Issued at 4:30 pm CST on Thursday 19 July 2018 for the period until midnight CST Monday 23 July 2018. Warning Information For latest warnings go to www.bom.gov.au, subscribe to RSS feeds, call 1300 659 214* or listen for warnings on relevant TV and radio broadcasts. Weather Situation A trough moving across the south of the Territory will bring a cool change to southern districts for a couple of days as a high pressure system moves over South Australia. However, temperatures start to rise again later in the weekend as the high moves quickly east. The southeasterly surge from the high will extend dry air into the Top End tomorrow with drier, windy conditions expected to prevail in the north this weekend. Forecast for the rest of Thursday 19 July A few showers over northeast Arnhem District, clearing this evening. Partly cloudy over northern Arnhem District and clear elsewhere. Light to moderate east to southeast winds, tending southerly south of Barrow Creek.
