Northern Territory Forecast Issued at 7:37 pm CST on Wednesday 22 May 2019 for the period until midnight CST Sunday 26 May 2019. Warning Information For latest warnings go to www.bom.gov.au, subscribe to RSS feeds, call 1300 659 210* or listen for warnings on relevant TV and radio broadcasts. Weather Situation Showers across the northeast Arnhem District, mostly sunny conditions expected elsewhere. A persistent ridge along the Queensland coast is resulting in a gradual decrease in humidity over the Territory. The ridge weakens from Friday and this will allow an increase in humidity in the north during the weekend before the next dry surge moves north through the Territory late in the weekend and early next week. Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 22 May Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers over the northeast Arnhem District. Mostly clear skies elsewhere. Light to moderate east to southeast winds.
